After a full competitive procurement exercise, the Fulham Road Collaborative (FRC) has awarded a new five year contract, worth over £100m to their existing provider, ISS Facility Services - Healthcare.
The collaborative of NHS establishments along the Fulham Road in West London, and their associate hospitals include the Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust together represent some of the world’s leading clinical facilities.
This is the second soft FM award made by the Collaborative, as they previously awarded ISS a similar contract that ran from January 2012. The process allowed us to showcase a number of innovation, technology led service solutions. I am particularly pleased to see the opening of our inaugural Academy, an industry first training facility that that will bring to life our new approach to technical and behavioral skills development.”
A spokesman from the three Trusts said “All of us are delighted that ISS have been awarded the contract for a second time along the Fulham Road collaboration of hospitals. We are all committed to delivering excellent patient care and we look forward to continue working with ISS to ensure our high standards are maintained”
