West Middlesex University Hospital renews contract with ISS Healthcare

West Middlesex University Hospital, part of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, has renewed their contract with ISS Healthcare, worth more than £40m over the full five-year period.

The contract, which commenced on 1 July 2019, will see ISS provide a full range of soft FM services, including: Healthcare Cleaning, Patient and Retail Catering, Non-Emergency Patient Transport, Portering, Switchboard, Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Linen and Laundry, Security and Waste Management. ISS will also be investing in innovation and technology, to support service delivery across the site.

ISS also provide services to the Trust’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital site.

Speaking after the contract had been awarded, Chris Ash, Managing Director of ISS Healthcare, said: “We are very pleased to extend our partnership with West Middlesex University Hospital, and indeed the whole Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This hospital is a very important customer to ISS Healthcare and we are looking forward to bringing further innovation to our services and developing our value propositions to build upon the excellent quality of services delivered in the previous contract.”
