Hospital Caterer bids farewell to its Editor

Since the Hospital Caterer moved to a ‘twist and turn’ publication with Hospital Food + Service, we have enjoyed working alongside Amanda Roberts, who has edited each issue of the magazine for the Hospital Caterers Association.

Recently Amanda announced that she will be stepping down from her role, allowing her more time to dedicate to her flourishing career as a historical fiction author. Did you know, she has already published two novels: ‘The Roots of the Tree’ and ‘The Woman in the Painting’? 

Amanda has long been associated with the HCA, being an active member of the Oxford Branch and will be a familiar face to those who have attended various Forums and HEFMA events.  

H2O has announced that from the March/April issue, Amanda’s replacement will be Tamsyn Halm, who will work alongside our Managing Editor, Craig Smith. Tamsyn already edits a number of other H2O titles, including one for TUCO. We all look forward to welcoming her into her new role.
